What are the accepted payment methods?

​You can send us an Interac e-mail money transfer with your order number to contact@snackclick.com or you can pay cash at the time of the delivery. We will be soon accepting other payment methods.​

What is the delivery fee?

We currently accept orders over $50 and the delivery fee is free.

What is the delivery area?

We currently deliver for free in the following cities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham.  Contact us for delivery in other areas within the GTA.

What day do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to most areas once a week. Once you placed your order, we will contact you to schedule the most convenient day and time for you.

 Do I have to be at home to receive the order?

All products must be received by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one is at the specified address when the delivery is attempted the products may be retained by us. We will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

Where is your store?

We do not operate a storefront. We are a home delivery service and will conveniently bring your order right to your home.​

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us no less than 24 hours prior to the day of delivery to cancel any order and avoid payment of the full purchase price.

How do I return a product?
